Getting Started

1. GETTING PRE-QUALIFIED
   Contact a lender of your choice to get pre-qualified for the house and land package if needed. We can provide lenders for your consideration.
2. CONTACT US
   Call Ridgeview Custom Homes, LLC (Herb Weaver) to set up an appointment for the initial meeting.
3. INITIAL MEETING
   Bring plans that you are considering. We can provide plans if needed. Any sketches, photos or details of your desires for your new home will be reviewed at this time.
4. ESTIMATE
   After our initial meeting, we will provide a detailed estimate based on details listed on my specification sheet.
5. CONTRACT
   Once you decide to build with Ridgeview Custom Homes, LLC, we will draw up a fully detailed set of blueprints, specifications, and contract. A deposit will be required at the signing of the contract. Once documents are signed, if a lender is involved, you will need to provide your lender copies for loan approval. Loan approval usually takes 4-6 weeks.
6. FINALIZATION
   Upon loan and building permit approval construction will begin. The average construction period is six months from the time of breaking ground until the basement is finished. This can vary according to the complexity of the project.
